The Bush Theatre Network will create opportunities for regional and remote people and communities to connect, participate, and have fun together in community theatre. The Bush Theatre Network and Website Bush Theatre Network is dedicated to supporting those that want to develop their theatre arts where ever they live, and to encouraging those that wish to build connections within their community by participating in theatre. These twin aims are wrapped up in positive values around amateur and community arts, such as inclusion, volunteerism, networking, empathy, and sharing. This website will build a body of knowledge aimed at helping build community theatre - through learning, shared experiences, discussion forums, and links to resources such as scripts. Prior to development, the author completed a Blakeney Millar / Winston Churchill Memorial Fellowship. This website will utilise the knowledge gained to add perspectives from around the world, about the value and practice of community theatre.
